Industry 4.0 phenomenon as launched the fourth
technological revolution has being discussed since the launch time
2011. Human dimension is one of the most important dimension
of this debate, in spite of the full automation conception. Human
factor adaptation is one of the social topics needs to be researched
in uncertainty of this new process. Human’s position and
importance in terms of a community member, consumer and
worker are studied in this research and there will be a discussion
about the future. First of all, Human 4.0 is a member of the smart
city. This member will meet the Industry 4.0 innovations as a
smart consumer during the challenging consumption process and
can deliver smart customised product/services via smart supply
chains according to real-time data sharing in a fast way. Operator
4.0 is defined as smart workers as a part of cyber-physical systems
in smart factories. These workers need to develop techaugmentation,
data analysis, design, coordination,
communication, learning, autonomy and digital thinking skills
neither blue-collar nor white collar as a member of hybrid humanrobot-
team. Human behaviour and psychology issues are the other
hot topics in the adaptation process.
